What arrives are already-foamed, welded cabinets with compressors inside, plus pre-hung door pairs. On the line we only wire, clip on accessories, test and pack.

1. Cabinet stands, work starts
A forklift sets the semi cabinet on a locating turntable. One scan and the conveyor auto-widths and clamps; within 30 s the model is known and the worker only pulls the wiring loom out of the foam reserved hole.

2. Doors travel as matched pairs
Doors come with hinges and gaskets fitted; a paired carrier keeps left and right together. A robot grips both, hangs, levels and checks closing force fast.

3. Accessories arrive in “use-point” bags
Shelves, drawers, ice boxes are kitted by position and travel with the cabinet. Pick-to-light tells the operator what to fit; if something is missed Andon stops the line automatically.

4. Test and pack in one pass
Power-on → self-test → leak check → AI visual → auto bagger slips on plastic, drops the manual, sticks the energy label → robot palletises. Total time: 7 min. Faulty units divert to a side line; the main belt never stops.
