- Final Assembly:
- Assemble the body with the chassis, and install the powertrain components like the engine and transmission onto the body.
- Install the suspension system, powertrain, braking system, and other chassis components.
- Conduct cabin assembly, including interior parts, dashboard, seats, etc.
- Install the electrical system, including wiring and connecting various sensors and controllers.
- Attach tires and exterior decorative parts.
- Inspection and Testing:
- Perform wheel alignment, brake testing, axle weight testing, side slip testing, speed testing, etc.
- Conduct road tests, rain testing, and visual inspections to ensure the quality and performance of the vehicle.
