CKD Television Assembly Line

A CKD production line is a complex manufacturing system. Its core stages extend far beyond simple assembly and primarily include:

Phase 1: Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Manufacturing
1.  SMT (Surface Mount Technology):  Accurately places and solders miniature components onto the bare PCB using solder paste printing, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.
2.  THT (Through-Hole Technology): Involves manually or mechanically inserting larger components, which are then soldered via wave soldering.
3.  PCBA Testing:  Subjects the finished mainboard to rigorous In-Circuit Testing (ICT) and Functional Circuit Testing (FCT) to ensure proper electrical functionality.

Phase 2: Screen Module Manufacturing
4.  Backlight Unit Assembly:  Precisely assembles LED light bars, light guides, and various optical films in sequence.
5.  LCD Panel Lamination: In a high-class cleanroom, the TFT LCD glass is meticulously laminated to the backlight unit, and the driver ICs are bonded.

6.  Module Testing: Conducts power-on, aging, and other tests on the assembled screen module to check for defects like bright spots, dead pixels, or uneven brightness.

Phase 3: Structural Component Production
7.  Injection Molding:  Uses injection molding machines and molds to process plastic pellets into structural parts like the TV front shell and rear cover.

Phase 4: Final Assembly and Testing
8.  Final Product Assembly:  Assembles all self-produced components—screen module, mainboard, chassis, power supply, etc.—into a complete television.
9.  Final Functional and Aging Testing:  Performs comprehensive function, performance, reliability, and safety tests on the finished unit.
10.  Packing and Warehousing:  Cleans, packages, and moves the products to the finished goods warehouse.
