This is the core process where sub-assemblies converge on the main line and are step-by-step assembled into a complete unit.

1. Cabinet Loading: The processed empty cabinet is placed onto the main assembly line by a hoist or conveyor.
2. Install Damping System: The pre-assembled springs and dampers are installed into the bottom of the cabinet.
3. Hoist Drum Assembly: A robotic arm or assistive hoist lifts the heavy “drum assembly” and precisely places it into the cabinet, securing it to the damping system.

4. Install Counterweights: Concrete or cast iron counterweights (top and rear) are installed and tightly bolted down. These are crucial for balancing the drum.
5. Install Motor and Belt: The motor assembly is installed, and the drive belt is fitted (for belt-drive models), adjusting the tension.
6. Install Control Panel and Wiring Harness:
The front panel/control panel assembly is installed onto the cabinet.
Workers route the internal wiring harness and connect it to various electrical components (motor, water level sensor, door lock, etc.).
7. Install Water Inlet/Drainage System: The water inlet valve, drain pump, related hoses, and connectors are installed.

8. Install Door and Seal: For front-loading machines, the glass door, hinges, and door seal are installed.
