The VAN production line, specifically designed for the manufacturing of vans, features the following characteristics and functions:

  1. Automated Production Assembly: The VAN production line adopts an automated assembly line approach, incorporating robotic welding technology to enhance production capacity, improve the production environment, and elevate the quality of product manufacturing, enabling large-scale independent production.
  2. Flexible Production Layout: The production line is designed compactly, making full use of the plant space, with a flexible production layout that prioritizes automated production and automatic control of process equipment to ensure the production line’s cycle time and effectively reduce the number of operators.
  3. Safety Protection Facilities: The lifting platforms of the production line are equipped with safety protection facilities to ensure production safety during high-altitude operations.
  4. Intelligent Production Process: An intelligent VAN production line can achieve an annual production capacity of 10,000 light vehicles or according to customers’ requests.
  5. Multi-Model Production Line: Supports the production of 5.5-meter and 5.9-meter mid-roof VAN models, including fuel, electric, and logistics models, with the option to reserve high-roof models on the same production line to meet the needs of a multi-model production line.
  6. Advanced Equipment and Technology: Provides mature welding process flows and reliable equipment to ensure efficient operation and product quality of the production line.
  7. Efficient Production Layout: The production line layout strictly follows the body layout plan provided by customers, ensuring the rationality and efficiency of the production line.

8.Flexible Transfer System: The transfer between stations in the side wall area is achieved through cranes and manual reciprocating rods, and the transfer from the sub-assembly line to painting is done using double-track reciprocating cranes. The transfer of chassis and floor area between stations is achieved through cranes and automatic reciprocating rods, and other small sub-assemblies are lifted using electric hoists with cranes.

9.Efficient Control System: Employs a dual-site program control method with manual/automatic switching functions to ensure operational flexibility and convenience.

10.Optimized Production Capacity: The main line and sub-assembly line are designed for an annual production of 5,000 vehicles per shift, while the adjustment line is designed for an annual production of 10,000 vehicles per shift, ensuring efficient production capacity.

11.Efficient Logistics and Transfer: The adjustment line uses a wide plate chain, and the transfer from the line to painting is done using electric hoists, cranes, and transfer trolleys. The transfer from the main line to the adjustment line is done using electric hoists with special cranes, ensuring efficient logistics.

The VAN production line, through advanced equipment, mature process flows, and efficient production layouts, achieves the production of a multi-model production line, ensuring high production capacity and product quality. This project not only meets the large-scale production needs of VAN models but also significantly reduces production costs.
